Mixed feelings. My first order was delivered to my hotel on time. Trouble is I didn't get it. POH said as it was delivered it was out of their hands. But...but...I don't have it! It was not their fault ....but then neither was it mine!
So I asked them if they could do something for me. What did I get? A single dollar off. So the single pin ended up costing me near to a whopping $30!! This was not fair. If this was me I would have asked the customer to pay the postage alone for the replacement. That would have been fair.

RESPONSE: We are disappointed to hear that a bad experience with your hotel has lowered your opinion of Pieces of History. We assisted your hotel in trying to locate the package they lost and we extended a 10% discount to you so you could replace your order. As you mentioned it was not your fault nor ours and your hotel should have taken responsibility and compensated you for their error.
