Standard Shipping: Most orders are processed through our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier you choose, but most domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 days. Shipping charges will vary depending on the carrier and type of delivery service you choose. We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service).
To estimate your shipping charges follow these steps.
--Place your items in your shopping cart.
--Click the Shopping Cart link at the top right hand of the page.
--Scroll down to below the list of items in your shopping cart and you will see Estimate Shipping Costs.
You can also put items in your shopping cart, click on the checkout button and the next screen will allow you to choose your shipping method and will show you the charges.
USPS Priority Mail Special Note: If you choose Priority Mail as your shipping option and we can fit your items into a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate shipping box we will manually adjust your shipping charges down. If you pay using PayPal we will refund the difference.
Please note that Free Shipping offers are only valid for customers in the continental United States.
Express Shipping: Different levels of express shipping are available - Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day.
PLEASE NOTE: The day the item is shipped does not count as one of the days. An item sent on Tuesday via UPS 3 day ground will be delivered on Friday NOT Thursday. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. Delivery times for international express shipping is not guaranteed.
International Shipping: You will be soley responsible for any duty or taxes that your country imposes on the package.
APO/FPO: When shipping to APO/FPO destinations, expect a little bit longer delivery time.
Returns and Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Custom products are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns. Shipping and service charges are not refundable. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of the date your shipment is received. Please keep all packing materials so a claim can be filed with the carrier. All returns must be sent back with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) provided by a Pieces of History Customer Service Specialist. Any unauthorized return will be refused. Returned merchandise that has been used, altered, or exceeds the 30 day policy will not be processed for credit or replacement.
