Sheriff Shield

Sheriff Shield Badge story inside the box:

This type of badge was worn by Ford County Sheriff, Charles "Charlie" Bassett. Charlie's undersheriff was the famous Bat Masterson. The pair served two terms, but when a local ordinance prevented Charlie from running for a third term, Bat Masterson became the sheriff and appointed Charlie as his undersheriff.

We manufacture our Old West replica badges out of brass and steel.  They are double-stamped then silver plated.   Next, each badge is individually hand finished for a unique antique look OR a hang card for peg hook displaying.
